Let’s Connect
-
It’s okay if you’re not sure what to say or where to start! You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable, ask any questions, or simply let me know you’re interested in connecting.
There’s no pressure or commitment in reaching out. I’ll do my best to respond within 48 hours and help you figure out what feels like the right next step.
-
We’ll spend about 20 minutes getting a sense of what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re looking for, and whether we might be a good fit. There’s nothing you need to prepare or know exactly how to explain—I’ll help guide the conversation and answer any questions along the way.
If it doesn’t feel like the right fit, that’s completely okay! I’m happy to suggest other resources or therapists that may be helpful.
-
If you decide to move forward, I’ll send you intake and consent forms to complete before your first session.
In our first session, I’ll guide the conversation with questions as we begin exploring what’s been feeling difficult, the experiences and relationships that may be important to understanding it, and what you’d like to get out of therapy. We don’t need to cover everything at once, and we can take things at a pace that feels manageable.
For couples therapy, the initial process may also include an individual session with each partner.
-
Therapy is a collaborative process that evolves over time. Some sessions may focus on processing longstanding patterns and experiences, while others may be more focused on navigating present challenges or building practical tools.
Together, we'll continue checking in on what's feeling helpful, what's changing, and where you'd like to focus as therapy progresses.
