I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) based in Vaughan, offering virtual therapy for individuals, teens, and couples across Ontario.

Hi, I’m Julie

How I Approach Therapy

I believe meaningful change comes from both understanding yourself and knowing what to do with that understanding.

Whether I'm working with individuals or couples, I pay close attention to the emotions, experiences, and relationship patterns contributing to your current challenges while integrating practical strategies to help you create meaningful change beyond sessions.

Culturally Senstive & Inclusive

As a second-generation Vietnamese-Chinese Canadian, I understand how culture, identity, family dynamics, and lived experiences can shape the way we relate to ourselves, our emotions, and the world. On one hand, I know how exhausting it can feel to constantly have to explain or translate parts of ourselves. On the other hand, I also know how relieving it can feel to finally have a therapist who has lived it and gets it.

I also strive to create an affirming and inclusive environment for individuals of diverse cultural backgrounds, identities, relationship structures, neurotypes, and lived experiences, including LGBTQIA2S+ individuals.
